Customers have already prepaid on Bookme so we do not need to take any additional payment upon arrival unless they are bringing additional guests. If they do bring additional guests, they do not get the Bookme discount, they must pay full price as we only allow a limited number of discounted sessions.

Even though the guest has already prepaid, we still need to take payment in roller when they arrive. This ensures that we know the guest has come to their session and will make our reporting numbers accurate and trackable.

To take the payment, pull up the booking in Venue Manger, click take payment in the top right, then select bank transfer as the payment method.
