Session Start Times and Marking Hands

All of our sessions start at half hours (9:30, 10:30, 11:30, etc…). During busy days we adhere to this strictly. This means making people wait until the next session time before getting them on the trampolines. This makes session transitions smooth and easy to coordinate for all staff. Once the guest has been checked in and paid for, write the time they will finish their session on the top of their hand with dry erase marker. Make sure not to use permanent marker.

During quiet days we do not need to adhere to this as strictly. If it is not too busy you can start people on the quarter hours (9:00, 9:15, 9:30, 9:45, etc…). This timing always needs to be marked on the guests hand so staff know that they are not finishing at a standard session time.

When marking hands, mark the hands of all participants. This is so we can differentiate between viewers and jumpers and make sure that all people on the floor bouncing have paid for their session.
