Sending Confirmation to Customer

Once you have added the customers booking to Roller it is important to confirm their session with them. The following email template should be saved in the google snippets from the gmail account. If for whatever reason it isn’t working, you can copy and paste from below.

Thanks for your booking. You are confirmed for three people on *DAY OF WEEK*, *MONTH* *DATE* at *SESSION TIME*

We recommend that you wear athletic clothing and ask that you not wear belts with metal buckles. We have grippy socks available for $5 upon arrival. You may wear your own socks or go barefoot but we recommend the grippy socks for both their anti-slip properties as well as protecting your regular socks from getting excessively worn from the trampoline beds.

Please aim to arrive 5 minutes early to your session so that we have time to go through our safety briefing and can prep you for your session.
