When you are working on the floor it is important to think of how you are coming across to the guests on the floor as well as the guests on the viewing platform. The way you hold yourself, your posture, the way you walk, and the way you conversate have a large impact on people’s experience at SITE. You could be giving someone the best coaching advice of their life, but if you’re slouched and with your hood up and hands in your pockets looking disengaged, you will have an overall negative outcome on the session as everyone else will be thinking you’re doing nothing.
You will also resonate better with the people you are talking to if you hold yourself well. Coming across with energy and inviting posture builds trust and people will be more receptive to what you have to say.
